Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead growth in the Broadcast & Media Solutions business. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and drive end-to-end B2B solution sales from engagement to contract closure.

You will work with engineering teams and global partners to translate client challenges into high-value broadcast, video, and OTT solutions, managing RFPs and complex negotiations while expanding strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 10 years of management-level experience in business development or complex solution sales.
• Proven background in broadcast engineering, media technology, video processing, OTT platforms, telecoms, ICT, or system integration.
• Track record in driving new B2B business and closing high-value enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute commercial sales strategies to expand market share in Malaysia’s broadcast/media sector.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with operators, broadcasters, content owners and government bodies.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and revenue delivery.
• Lead tendering, pricing, negotiation, and post-sale handovers to delivery teams.
