MVC Resources is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead expansion of its Broadcast & Media Solutions in Malaysia. The role involves identifying opportunities, managing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving complex solution sales from engagement through to contract closure.

You will work with engineering teams and technology partners to tailor solutions, lead proposals and POCs, and ensure successful handovers to project delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Media Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of management-level experience in business development, solution sales, or key account management.
• Strong background in broadcast, media technology, video, OTT, ICT, or systems integration is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in new business development, complex B2B sales, and achieving commercial targets.

• Drive growth strategies to expand the Broadcast & Media business in Malaysia and across the region.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with broadcasters, telcos, content owners, and government entities.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity development to contract closure, including quotes and tenders.
