SAS in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Manager (Consulting & Professional Services) to identify and grow consulting opportunities around our software and analytics solutions.

You’ll partner with Sales, customers and technical teams to understand needs, shape value propositions, and drive opportunities from discovery to delivery. This role focuses on strong stakeholder management and data, analytics, cloud, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in technology services or software.
• Experience selling, shaping, or supporting technology services and solutions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop consulting and professional services opportunities with customers.
• Partner with Sales teams to build pipeline and attach services to software sales.
• Conduct discovery with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Shape services and solution proposals that address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
• Support opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing estimates, and commercial discussions.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and develop new business.
