Dynamix Champions Resources in Melaka is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join our sales team in Melaka. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships while representing our products and services to new and existing clients.

You will identify opportunities, tailor solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery. A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales representative or sales advisory role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong time management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
• Strong negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Fluency in English; Bahasa Malaysia is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospects, tailoring solutions
• Conduct needs assessments and consultative discussions to understand client requirements and objectives
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements whilst maintaining profitable margins
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions and transactions using CRM systems
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery for new clients
• Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends and competitive activities within the industry
