Job summary

UCSI University is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for Student Affairs & Alumni in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of the Student Affairs & Alumni office and collaborating with colleagues.

You will actively engage with industry partners and alumni, build a strong network, and organise engagement and networking events for local and international alumni. You will also contribute to newsletters and manage Co-Op portals and placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Student Affairs & Alumni office with colleagues.
• Engage with industry partners and alumni; build and maintain relationships.
