Job summary

UCSI Education Sdn Bhd. seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager in Student Affairs & Alumni to support the day-to-day operations of the office and collaborate with colleagues.

The role actively engages with industry partners and alumni, organises events for local and international alumni, and maintains the Alumni Newsletter and website. It also supports Co-Op placements and records management for audit compliance.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Student Affairs & Alumni office with colleagues.
• Actively engage with industry partners and alumni to build strong relationships.
• Organise engagement and networking events for local and international alumni.
• Update the Alumni Newsletter and maintain the Alumni website with highlights and success stories.
• Assist inquiries on Co-Op Portal and student placements from partners; register new companies.
• Handle stakeholder feedback according to the University’s policy; ensure audit-ready records.
• Guide students on Co-Op placements and attendance to daily Co-Op enquiries.
• Support orientation programmes and collaboration with faculties to grow Premier Co-Op partners.
• Assist other departments within Student Affairs & Alumni as needed; station at UCSI One-Stop centre.
