SL METALS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to grow key accounts in Penang and across Malaysia while building and leading a team of Sales Executives. The role drives revenue, strengthens long-term relationships, and executes sales strategies aligned with business goals.

You will manage pricing, negotiations, and key contracts, develop sales plans, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing key accounts in Penang/Malaysia.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Willing to travel as required and comfortable leading a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow assigned key accounts in Penang and Malaysia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
• Identify new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
