Q-dees Worldwide Edusystems (M) Sdn Bhd in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, is seeking a dedicated Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This full-time role focuses on efficient and organised warehouse operations.

You will receive, unpack, inspect goods, record inventory movements, pick and dispatch orders, maintain a safe warehouse, and support stock takes. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a similar role, good numeracy and IT skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good numeracy and IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match the order and are in good condition.
• Accurately record all inventory movements, including stock levels, transfers, and dispatch.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch centre orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Assist with regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support the warehouse team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
