Packer Tracer Sdn Bhd in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is hiring two Storekeepers / Fulfillment Packers for a full-time role. You will manage inventory, pick, pack and label orders, and support timely fulfillment in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in storekeeping or fulfillment packing.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in picking, packing and labeling.
• Physically fit to lift and move items during shifts.
• Familiar with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and meet daily targets.
• Basic numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing goods in designated warehouse locations.

About the role

Packer Tracer Sdn Bhd is seeking two Storekeepers / Fulfillment Packers to join our dynamic logistics and warehouse team based in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, order processing, and delivery of products to our customers. As a Storekeeper / Fulfillment Packer, you will be responsible for maintaining our warehouse operations at peak performance, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods and materials in designated warehouse locations
• Picking items from inventory based on order requirements and dispatch lists
• Accurately packing products into appropriate boxes or containers with proper protective materials
• Labelling packages with delivery addresses, barcodes and tracking information
• Organising and maintaining the warehouse storage system to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval
• Recording inventory levels and updating stock management systems as required
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliation with warehouse records
• Operating warehouse equipment including hand pallet trucks, trolleys and scanning devices
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
• Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles when required
• Working cooperatively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a storekeeper, fulfillment packer or in a similar warehouse role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing and labelling tasks
• Physical fitness and ability to lift, carry and move items regularly throughout the shift
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet daily targets
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Health and safety awareness and commitment to maintaining workplace standards
• Flexibility to work assigned warehouse shifts
• Preferred: Experience with barcode scanning systems and warehouse equipment operation
• Preferred: Knowledge of various packaging materials and best practices for product protection
