Job summary

Rainbow Distribution Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Driver cum Warehouse Assistant to support daily stock counts, order picking/packing, and deliveries.

The role collaborates with sales to meet customer requirements and company SOPs, while maintaining brand knowledge and accurate admin reporting. The position involves long-distance/outstation drives (SG), vehicle maintenance, and routine route planning. Responsibilities

• Stock count and daily stock take; prepare stock reports.
• Picking and packing for courier pickups for online and offline orders.
• Work with sales team to satisfy customer requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of brands and products sold.
• Perform administrative duties and daily reporting on job assignments.
• Track and report all warehouse-related activities.
• Complete daily delivery tasks and ensure goods arrive in good condition.
• Deliver goods to customers' doorsteps with DO completed.
• Compile daily route and delivery run sheet with the designated route.
• Maintain vehicle conditions and cleanliness.
• Monitor vehicle service status before due dates; monitor road tax renewal.
• Update warehouse manager/HOD on delivery conditions.

Driver cum Warehouse Assistant (valid GDL license)

Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock reports

Picking and packing for Courier pick up for Online and Offline orders

Work closely with sales team to ensure packing arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP

Have knowledge on the brands and products that are sold

Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis

Track and report all warehouse related activities

To complete daily delivery tasks and make sure in good conditions.

To deliver all goods right to the location doorsteps with DO completed.

To compile daily route and delivery run sheet with designated route.

To maintain vehicle conditions and cleanliness.

To help monitor service internal of vehicle before due.

To help monitor road tax renewal.

To update ad-hoc conditions to warehouse manager/HOD during delivery.

Willing to drive long distances/ outstation to deliver goods.

Job Requirements

Must have a valid GDL driving license

To work with sales as a team to provide full co-operation towards achieving objectives

Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday or Sunday (9am to 1pm)

Able to outstation (SG)
