Job summary

Sunshine Wholesale Mart in Malaysia is seeking a store associate to welcome customers, help with inquiries, and operate the cashier. The role requires basic retail or customer service experience and a willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

You will maintain product displays, check expiry dates, support deliveries, and keep the store clean and organized while delivering friendly service. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Basic retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide product information
• Replenish stock and ensure proper product display
• Monitor product quality and check expiry dates
• Operate cashier and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the store
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Competitive salary with overtime (OT) pay. (shift schedule based on store operating hours).
