About the role

We are seeking a Storekeeper Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Senai, Johor. The Storekeeper Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our precast materials and equipment storage facility. This position is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring that our teams have the resources they need when they need them.

Key responsibilities

• 1. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• 2. Store materials and products in designated locations safely and systematically.
• 3. Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory system or stock cards.
• 4. Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for replenishment.
• 5. Check the quality and quantity of received goods
• 6. Assist in any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 2. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, inventory/ERP systems).
• 3. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
