Job summary

Borneo Pharmacy Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Storekeeper to manage storeroom operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and handle incoming and outgoing goods. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.

You will receive shipments, control stock using FIFO practices, maintain records, perform regular counts, and support internal departments with timely fulfillment while upholding housekeeping and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory software).
• Good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.
• Physically fit to handle stock.
• Honest and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Organize, label, and store goods following FIFO or standard storage practices.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical stock records and movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for internal departments or customer deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Job description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage our storeroom operations, oversee inventory accuracy, and handle incoming and outgoing goods.

Key responsibilities

Receive & Inspect: Unload, check, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Inventory Control: Organize, label, and store goods systematically (following FIFO or standard storage practices).

Stock Tracking: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements, issuances, and returns.

Stock Checks: Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management.

Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and prepare items for internal departments or customer deliveries.

Housekeeping & Safety: Keep the warehouse or store clean, safe, and compliant with safety guidelines.

About you

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

At least 1–2 years of working experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel / inventory software).

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Physically fit to handle and arrange stock.

Honest, responsible and sharp attention to detail.
