Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and recording incoming goods and materials into the inventory system.
• Organising and storing stock in designated locations using appropriate storage methods and safety procedures.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure reconciliation with system records.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are correctly picked, packed and documented.
• Monitoring stock levels and flagging any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment within the warehouse.
• Supporting the implementation of storage systems and best practices to optimise warehouse space and efficiency.
• Responding to ad hoc requests and assisting with other warehouse duties as required.

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Storekeeper to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management and safeguarding of inventory within our storage facilities. As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that stock is accurately recorded, properly organised, and readily available to support the smooth running of our supply chain operations. This position is integral to maintaining optimal warehouse efficiency and supporting the company's logistical objectives.

Key responsibilities
