Role Description

The Storekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and storing timber and related materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation. The Storekeeper will handle packing and preparation of materials for internal use and export orders, while maintaining organized storage areas and complying with safety standards. Daily tasks include updating inventory systems, monitoring stock levels, assisting with sourcing materials within the warehouse, and coordinating with production and logistics teams. Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently is an important part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory skills, including Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on warehouse operations experience, including Packing and Unloading.
• Safe and certified Forklift Operation skills, with experience handling heavy or bulky materials.
• Attention to detail, basic numerical skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance with company policies.
• Ability to work on-site in Selangor, Malaysia, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, timber, or industrial warehousing is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory; ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
