Job summary

FOZ One Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Product Manager for Floor Care & Home Care to own end-to-end category strategy, drive profitability, and lead global supplier partnerships.

You will launch innovative product lines, optimize P&L, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver market-leading consumer experiences.

This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, product development, and category P&L ownership.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial decision-making skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Strategy & P&L: Take full ownership of revenue, gross margin, and category growth—analyzing performance metrics to make sharp, high-impact business decisions.
• Spearhead Product Innovation & Launches: Turn consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful products, partnering with sales and marketing on GTM launches.
• Master Category & SKU Architecture: Build and optimize product assortments, set pricing and margin frameworks, and streamline underperforming SKUs.
• Lead Sourcing & Supplier Relations: Identify, negotiate with, and manage top local and international suppliers.
• Leverage Market Intelligence: Translate competitor data and industry reports into strategic advantages.
• Align Supply Chain & After-Sales: Partner with operations on demand forecasting, inventory balance, and spare parts management.
• Product Life Cycle Management: Manage products from introduction to discontinuation, maximize sales and profitability.

About the Role

As our Product Manager for Floor Care & Home Care, you will own the end-to-end category strategy, driving profitability and growth from concept to consumer. You’ll lead global supplier partnerships, launch innovative product lines, optimize P&L performance, and collaborate across teams to build market-leading consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Portfolio Strategy & P&L: Take full ownership of revenue, gross margin, and category growth—analyzing performance metrics to make sharp, high-impact business decisions.

Spearhead Product Innovation & Launches: Turn consumer insights and market trends into commercially successful products, partnering with sales and marketing on high-impact Go-To-Market (GTM) launches.

Master Category & SKU Architecture: Build and optimize product assortments, set competitive pricing and margin frameworks, and streamline underperforming SKUs to keep the portfolio profitable.

Lead Sourcing & Supplier Relations: Identify, negotiate with, and manage top local and international suppliers to secure premium product quality, competitive pricing and supply reliability.

Leverage Market Intelligence: Translate competitor data and industry reports into clear strategic advantages to capture untapped market share.

Align Supply Chain & After-Sales: Partner with operations on demand forecasting, inventory balance, and spare parts management to maintain high customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

Product Life Cycle Management: Manage products throughout their lifecycle, including product introduction, enhancement, rationalization, and discontinuation. Monitor product performance and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability and market relevance.

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, or related commercial roles, preferably within consumer durables, home care, floor care, or small domestic appliances.

Proven experience in supplier sourcing and management, product development, category P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and revenue growth.

Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial decision-making skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Willing to travel locally and internationally when required.
