Job summary

Sinppa Industrial Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operator to manage receiving, storage, issuing and stock counting, while ensuring accuracy in inventory records and adherence to 6S standards. You should hold a minimum Diploma or equivalent, be familiar with OA, MES, U9, or WES systems, and be able to identify material specifications and grades.

Forklift experience is an advantage. Mandarin is preferred but not required; the position offers benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, annual and medical leave,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in warehousing or related field.
• Familiar with receiving, storage, issuing, stock counting and inventory records.
• Able to use OA, MES, U9 or WES systems.
• Able to identify material specifications and grades.
• Forklift license or experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Mandarin speaking preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections and quantity checks for incoming materials.
• Handle materials including finished goods, raw materials, components, packaging materials and other inventory items.
• Arrange, store, label, and organize materials according to designated storage areas.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Conduct daily material care and ensure protection against moisture, oxidation, and damage.
• Process goods issuance, outbound orders, and loading according to approved documents.
• Ensure inventory records, physical stock, and system records are accurate and consistent.
• Update inventory records in OA, MES, U9, or WES systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in managing slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Maintain 6S standards, cleanliness, organization, and security within the assigned warehouse area.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling hazardous materials or aluminum-related materials.
