Job summary

Oriental Coffee International is seeking a driver to safely operate company vehicles, deliver goods, and assist in warehouse duties in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia. The role requires a valid driving license, physical fitness for lifting, and the ability to work independently in warehouse and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities include timely deliveries, vehicle inspections, loading/unloading, inventory checks, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with clean record.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with handling delivery documentation.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work in warehouse and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicle to deliver goods and materials to assigned locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries according to schedule and customer requirements.
• Pick up and transport goods securely to designated destinations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods at warehouse and delivery sites.
• Ensure items are properly handled and securely packed during transportation.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when required.
• Support receiving, organizing, and storing goods in the warehouse.
• Assist in inventory checks, including identifying damaged goods and proper labelling.
• Track and record deliveries and pickups accurately in the system.
• Pick and pack orders according to delivery or shipment requirements.
• Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring proper packing and labelling.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle logs, and related documentation.
• Ensure all deliveries, returns, and records are properly documented.
• Provide basic customer service during deliveries and handle goods with care.
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• Report any accidents, damages, or vehicle issues immediately.
• Assist in general warehouse duties including stock arrangement and housekeeping.
• Perform physical tasks such as sorting, stacking, and organizing inventory.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
