SETIAHUB SDN.BHD. in Jenjarom, Selangor is seeking a Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and record goods, and ensure accuracy of stock levels within our warehousing and distribution operation.

You will work closely with the logistics team, perform regular stock counts, operate basic warehouse equipment, and maintain a safe, organised storage area while supporting timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Storekeeper/warehouse assistant in distribution/warehousing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail in recording stock movements and transactions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer apps.
• Physical ability to lift and move goods and operate warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting and recording incoming goods and materials upon arrival at the warehouse.
• Organising and storing inventory in designated locations following proper storage protocols and safety standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, movements and transactions using warehouse management systems.
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch to customers or internal departments.
• Labelling and categorising items for easy identification and retrieval.
• Monitoring stock levels and alerting management when items require reordering.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks where required and trained.
• Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
• Supporting the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Storekeeper to join SETIAHUB SDN.BHD. in Jenjarom, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehousing and storage operations. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for the systematic organisation, monitoring, and management of inventory within our distribution facility. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operational flow and supporting our company's commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Receiving, inspecting and recording incoming goods and materials upon arrival at the warehouse

Organising and storing inventory in designated locations following proper storage protocols and safety standards

What we’re looking for

Proven experience working as a Storekeeper, warehouse assistant or in a similar inventory management role within a distribution or warehousing environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and handling inventory

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications

Physical capability to lift, carry and move goods regularly, and perform manual warehouse tasks

Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices in handling and storing goods

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

Familiarity with forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous

Experience with inventory control and stock management systems is desirable
