We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join t.momo shopping mall in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our warehouse and storage facilities. As Storekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, stock organisation, and the safe storage of merchandise. This role is essential to ensuring our distribution operations run smoothly and that products are readily available for our retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming stock and merchandise into the warehouse management system
• Organising and arranging stored items in designated areas to maximise space utilisation and accessibility
• Conducting regular inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate records
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying items that require reordering
• Preparing and processing outgoing shipments, ensuring items are correctly picked and packed
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and documenting all stock movements
• Ensuring the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly
• Identifying and reporting damaged, defective, or obsolete stock
• Liaising with other departments to ensure timely stock availability for retail operations
• Assisting with stock takes and physical inventory audits as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or in a similar inventory management role within warehousing, storage, or distribution environments
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery
• Excellent organisational and attention to detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to meeting operational deadlines
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is preferred
• Knowledge of stock rotation principles and best practices in storage management
