Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check stock against delivery notes

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Storehand to join the warehousing and distribution team at Pan Asian Dairies Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. As a Storehand, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our warehouse and storage facilities, ensuring that products are properly organised, stored, and distributed to meet our customers' demands. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our logistics operations and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming stock against delivery notes and invoices for accuracy and condition
• Organise and stack products in the warehouse using appropriate storage methods and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and dispatch requirements
• Load and secure products onto vehicles for delivery, ensuring safe transportation
• Perform regular warehouse cleaning and maintain a tidy, organised storage environment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and responsibly (if trained)
• Conduct stock counts and cycle inventories as required
• Report any damaged goods, discrepancies or safety concerns to management immediately
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

• Prior experience working in a warehouse, storage or distribution environment is preferred
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly, including lifting, carrying and moving heavy items
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and checking stock information
• Basic numeracy skills for counting, recording and verifying inventory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational demands
• Valid driving licence is advantageous, particularly for roles involving vehicle loading and delivery support
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with our diverse client in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin
