Job summary

JD Sports Malaysia is seeking an energetic Floor Manager to lead daily shop floor operations and drive sales performance. You will coach a high‑performing team, uphold brand standards, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

In this role you will oversee merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation while supporting recruitment and training. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to seize commercial opportunities and maintain health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering strong sales performance.
• Ability to coach and develop store staff and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales floor team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring service standards are met.
• Monitor shop floor operations and maintain visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of store team members.
• Coach team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory accuracy to support smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Work with Store Manager to drive commercial opportunities and improve store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
