Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Retail Stock Analyst on a maternity fixed‑term contract to optimise store performance through commercial analysis and stock management.

You will monitor stock levels, deliver recommendations, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability for sales targets.

Experience with Excel, SAP, BW, and strong communication is required; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and reporting in a retail environment.
• Proficient with Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store performance and identify stock/range requirements to improve trading position.
• Produce accurate and timely analysis, make recommendations, and implement changes to maximise sales.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries and over/under stock issues to support targets.
• Respond to queries from aligned business areas to meet service levels and commercial needs.
• Coordinate stock and range for new stores, refits, relocations and transfers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align priorities and processes.
• Deliver the 'stores on hold' process to resolve overstock.
