Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, operations, merchandising, inventory, or administration.
• Experience coordinating multi-store retail operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan retail operations to ensure seamless store performance.
• Coordinate inventory, stock replenishment, and inter-store transfers.
• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues to uphold satisfaction.
• Organize atrium sales, roadshows, and promotional events.
