Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of related experience in space planning, merchandising or analytics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze space performance by category sales and productivity to support SKU decisions.
• Conduct SKU rationalization to maximize space and customer satisfaction.
• Develop planograms and provide insights to improve assortment in merchandising.
• Manage space data and generate reports for space insight and strategy.
• Collaborate as a liaison between departments to optimize new projects.
• Produce action plans to improve sales productivity and track post-implementation results.
