Job summary

Kaison Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Surface Finishing Operator to smooth and finish parts using hand tools, grinders, and polishing machines in a workshop setting. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods and maintain high attention to detail.

You will perform deburring, quality checks, and assist with basic maintenance of tools and equipment, while following strict PPE guidelines to ensure safety in a noisy, dusty environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in manual grinding, polishing, or deburring work.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to perform precise finishing work.
• Able to stand for long periods in a workshop environment with dust and noise.

Responsibilities

• Surface Finishing / 使用手工工具、砂轮机和抛光机对零件进行打磨、修整和抛光。
• Deburring / 去除边缘、毛刺与焊接飞溅物。
• Quality Check / 通过目测及基本测量工具检查成品，发现划痕、缺陷或表面问题。
• Tool & Equipment Maintenance / 清洁和维护工作设备，按需更换磨损的砂带、砂轮或抛光片。
• Safety First / 始终佩戴个人防护装备，防尘、防噪安全。

Able to stand for long periods and work in a workshop environment with dust and noise.

Responsibility

1. Surface Finishing / 表面处理

Use hand tools, grinders, and polishing machines to smooth and finish parts.

使用手工工具、砂轮机和抛光机对零件进行打磨、修整和抛光。

2. Deburring / 去除毛刺

Remove sharp edges, burrs, and welding spatter from products.

清除产品上的锋利边缘、毛刺及焊接飞溅物。

3. Quality Check / 质量检查

Visually inspect finished parts and use basic measuring tools to identify scratches, defects, or surface imperfections.

通过目测及基本测量工具检查成品，及时发现划痕、缺陷或表面问题。

4. Tool & Equipment Maintenance / 工具及设备保养

Clean and maintain work equipment, and replace worn sanding belts, grinding wheels, or polishing discs when necessary.

清洁和维护工作设备，并根据需要更换磨损的砂带、砂轮或抛光片。

5. Safety First / 安全生产

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as masks, safety glasses, and earplugs, to protect against dust and noise.
