Responsibility
The role
The Electropolishing Operator is responsible for performing electropolishing processes on metal parts and components according to production specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The operator will handle chemical processes, monitor equipment performance, and ensure finished products meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate electropolishing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare metal parts for electropolishing process, including cleaning and inspection.
Monitor chemical concentration, temperature, voltage, and process timing.
Perform loading and unloading of parts into electropolishing tanks.
Conduct visual inspection and basic measurement checks on finished products.
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Record production data, process parameters, and inspection results accurately.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and PPE requirements.
Handle chemicals and materials according to safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area.
Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisor immediately.
Support continuous improvement and 5S activities in production area.
