Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a manufacturing associate for Jora Malaysia operations in Perlis, Malaysia. You will operate production equipment and monitor processes to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

The position requires at least SPM, basic English, and willingness to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts every two weeks. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move materials according to company guidelines. Cleanroom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM.
• Able to understand, read and speak basic English for daily conversations.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts with rotating day and night shifts every two weeks (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift and move materials following company guidelines (trolleys provided if needed).
• Experience in cleanroom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and equipment.
• Monitor production processes.
• Inspect products for quality.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Record production data.
• Carry out assembly and packaging activities.
• Keep the workspace clean.
• Collaborate with the production team.

• Mampu memahami, membaca dan bertutur dalam Bahasa Inggeris asas untuk perbualan harian.

• Bersedia bekerja syif 12 jam dengan penggiliran syif siang dan malam setiap dua minggu (7.00 pagi hingga 7.00 malam dan 7.00 malam hingga 7.00 pagi).

• Mampu berdiri untuk tempoh yang lama.

• Mampu mengangkat dan memindahkan bahan mengikut garis panduan syarikat (jika berkaitan, troli disediakan untuk memudahkan pergerakan bahan).

• Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja di bilik bersih (cleanroom) merupakan satu kelebihan tambahan.

Responsibility

• Mengendalikan mesin dan peralatan pengeluaran

• Memantau proses pengeluaran

• Pemeriksaan kualiti produk

• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan

• Merekod data pengeluaran

• Menjalankan aktiviti pemasangan dan pembungkusan

• Menjaga kebersihan kawasan kerja

• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pengeluaran
