Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan TLC Johor is seeking an entry-level Production Operator in Malaysia. You will operate and monitor production machines following work instructions to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

No prior experience is required; fresh graduates with SPM or equivalent are welcome. You may work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, with overtime when required, in a manufacturing environment that emphasizes safety and SOP compliance.

• Perform production activities according to the company’s procedures and requirements.
• Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Follow workplace safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the working area.
• Perform overtime when required.
