Job summary

Ton Xing Yuan Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, recommend products, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment in Penang. You will work towards individual and store targets while maintaining store presentation and stock accuracy.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Introduce and recommend products based on customers’ needs.
• Assist customers with product selection and complete sales.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
