Job summary

D THREE MOBILE SDN BHD is seeking a retail management professional for our Taiping outlets. A Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year in retail management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and the ability to handle multiple priorities is important. You will lead, train and develop staff, improve customer service and outlet performance, and support sales and marketing activities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience is expected.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support retail outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop retail staff.

• Conduct regular store visits.
