Job summary

Ton Xing Yuan Sdn. Bhd. in Penang is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, promote products, and close sales. This role requires friendliness, enthusiasm for sales, and a proactive customer-first approach.

No prior experience is necessary for fresh graduates; training will be provided. You must be able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support store targets and promotions.

• Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.
• Support promotional activities and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
