Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to oversee daily store operations, inventory control and staff management. The role requires leading a 10-15 person team, coordinating scheduling and ensuring KPI targets are met for sales and service.

You will oversee stock processes, cash handling, supplier deliveries, E-Ticketing, and maintain store standards. A SPM/ Diploma/ Degree and bilingual ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be capable of leading and coordinating a store team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory control and operational processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update GTN to ensure accurate stock management and record stock adjustments.
• Apply FIFO for stock storage and report issues promptly to management.
• Supervise daily tasks, monitor KPIs, sales targets, customer service and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate staff overtime and recruitment reporting to Area Manager.
• Lead a team of 10-15 employees and manage daily store operations.
• Handle cash management, daily sales forms, supplier deliveries and damaged goods.
