ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Kuching to lead day-to-day operations, manage stock, and drive KPI performance across sales and service. The role includes staff scheduling, overtime management, recruitment reporting, cash handling, and maintaining store conditions.

Candidates should have at least a diploma, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and prior PIC experience is a plus. This on-site position offers career growth and incentives.

Competenze

• Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Degree.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience as a Person-In-Charge (PIC) is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage stock and update Goods Transfer Notes (GTN) and Stock Adjustments to ensure accurate records.
• Apply First In, First Out (FIFO) storage for stock and report issues promptly.
• Oversee staff scheduling, monitor KPIs, and track sales targets and customer service.
• Coordinate staff overtime and recruitment reporting to the Area Manager.
• Oversee cash management and daily BJH reports, plus utility bill reviews.
• Oversee store maintenance, housekeeping, fire safety and cleanliness.
