Job summary

Mission World Enterprise is seeking a Store & Admin Assistant to support daily operations in our retail store. The role combines customer service, store operations, stock handling, and basic administrative duties.

You will attend to customers, assist with product information, maintain a clean store, handle stock, and participate in opening/closing routines. Prior retail or admin experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, administration, inventory, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills including Excel/Word or Google Sheets.
• Willing to learn and adapt to retail hours.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide friendly assistance.
• Assist customers with product information and enquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Assist with product displays, price tags, and promotional materials.
• Support daily opening and closing activities.
• Handle basic cashier/POS duties when required.
• Receive and check incoming goods.
• Record and monitor stock-in and stock-out movements.
• Arrange and replenish products on shelves and displays.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checking.
