Job summary

Good2U in Shah Alam seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and oversee a profitable fashion retail store. You will manage a team, ensure excellent visual merchandising, and coordinate with mall management and head office.

• Manage all operational aspects, including inventory control, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure the store’s visual presentation and merchandising are flawless and aligned with brand direction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and head office.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
