Qualifications

• 1-3 years of store manager working experience or store operation management.
• Strong management ability, executive ability, and communication skills.
• Able to withstand greater work intensity and work pressure.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets, decompose goals, follow-up tasks, analyse data and formulate improvement plans.
• Conduct store clerk interviews, onboarding, training, team building, and staff care.
• Manage product inventory, product safety, store displays and inventory analysis.
• Oversee store safety, property maintenance and follow-up activities.
• Schedule clerk shifts, manage receptions and customer service, handle daily complaints.
• Coordinate with various company departments.
