POP MART MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store Manager for our Genting Highlands operations. You will lead store performance, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

The role demands 1–3 years of store management experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Mandarin proficiency is a plus; on-the-ground training is provided. Competitive compensation and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of store manager working experience.
• Experience in multinational retail brands preferred.
• Strong management and communication skills; able to handle high work pressure.
• Good expression and training skills with data processing and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in computer and Office software.
• Mandarin proficiency for communication with Mandarin-speaking individuals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets with task follow-up, data analysis and improvement plans.
• Manage store clerks including interviews, onboarding and team development.
• Oversee product inventory, safety, and store display.
• Ensure store safety of property and engineering maintenance.
• Schedule clerks and manage daily customer service workflows.
• Coordinate with other company departments.
