Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Pahat, Johor, seeks a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure adherence to brand standards, monitor stock levels and store displays, and lead a motivated team.

You will drive sales, analyze performance, recruit and train staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate between outlets and HQ. Willingness to travel between outlets is required.

1. Store Operations Management
   • Supervise and support daily operations of outlets.
   • Ensure stores follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
   • Monitor stock levels, and visual displays.
2. Sales & Performance
   • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
   • Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
   • Implement sales strategies to boost the store performance.
3. Team Leadership
   • Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
   • Motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service.
   • Conduct staff evaluation and performance reviews.
4. Customer Experience
