Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Ipoh to oversee daily outlet activities, ensure adherence to brand standards, and monitor visual merchandising.

You will lead multi-store teams, drive sales targets, analyze performance, and maintain excellent customer service across all locations. Willingness to travel between outlets is required.

• Ensure stores follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, and visual displays.

2. Sales & Performance

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies to boost the store performance.

3. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
• Motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct staff evaluation and performance reviews.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issue effectively.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Minimize stock loss and ensure accurate stock records.
