Job summary

Panda Eyes Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily outlet operations across its fashion and accessories range. You will supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure store standards across multiple locations, while maintaining excellent customer service and visual displays.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory oversight, and the ability to travel between outlets to support performance and training initiatives.

Job Roles:

1. Store Operations Management

• Supervise and support daily operations of outlets.
• Ensure stores follow company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, and visual displays.

2. Sales & Performance

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets.
• Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement sales strategies to boost the store performance.

3. Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
• Motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Conduct staff evaluation and performance reviews.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issue effectively.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Minimize stock loss and ensure accurate stock records.

6. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare regular reports for management and coordinate between store and headquarters.
