Job summary

HABIB Group in Malaysia is recruiting a Retail Branch Manager to lead our jewellery retail team and drive sales performance across a premium showroom.

You will train staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding the brand’s luxe image. The role requires 5–7 years of retail leadership and a degree in Business or Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• A team player with high integrity, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch performance.
• Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain showroom standards to reflect the brand’s premium image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
