Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead and develop a premium retail team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer service across daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on brand standards within a jewellery/luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• A team player with high integrity, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch performance.
• Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain showroom standards to reflect the brand’s premium image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
