Job summary

HABIB Group Malaysia is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a premium jewellery retail team. You will train and manage staff, drive sales, oversee daily operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.

You will plan promotions, analyze performance metrics, ensure showroom standards, comply with SOPs and laws, and develop a high-performance culture through coaching and reviews. Excellent leadership and customer-focused approach required; full working rights in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• A team player with high integrity, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
