Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced retail branch manager to lead daily operations at a Kuala Lumpur outlet. You will drive sales targets, maintain inventory health, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to market trends. You must be willing to travel between outlets and work non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 year(s) experience in retail branch management.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Willing to work extra hours and on public holidays.
• Mobile to be transfer from outlet to outlet.
• Has good communication skills and observation skills.
• Possesses good problem-solving skill, customer service skill, leadership, display & merchandising skill.

Responsibilities

• Handle overall retail / outlet activities.
• Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
• Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix.
• Manage the selling floor, housekeeping & merchandise display.
• Ensure outlet is compliance with the health and safety policy.
• Handle outlet promotional activities.
• Handle all customer queries & complaints.
• Replenish stock & ensure stock level is healthy & accurate.
• Handle day to day administration function of a branch.
• Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and building career path for the staff.
• Liaise with HQ / Senior Manager office.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
