Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a store supervisor to drive store sales across monthly targets and lead a retail team in JB. You will monitor KPIs, manage stock, and ensure SOP compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 2–5 years of retail experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a diploma or degree in business or retail management. Weekend shifts, six-day work weeks, and opportunities for promotion are included.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.
• 2-5 years of retail experience with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in sports, fashion, or apparel retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the retail team.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on stock movement.
• Manage cash handling, store expenses, and reporting.
• Execute promotions and in-store campaigns.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, energetic, and hands-on.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Able to work 6 days on shift rotation basis including weekends and Public Holidays.
