Job summary

99 Speed Mart is seeking a capable Branch Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead daily store operations, oversee staff performance, and drive sales. You will manage cash flow, control expenses, monitor promotions, pricing, and inventory while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The role requires a diploma or higher, leadership ability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Retail hours include weekends and public holidays; relocation may be needed, with a 5-day work week and a free mobile plan

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field is required.
• Leadership and mentoring ability to guide branch staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee branch cash flow, expenses and sales records.
• Monitor staff performance at the branch.
• Handle and complete daily store operation jobs.
• Conduct market merchandising with promotions, pricing, displays, stock and inventory control.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Foster teamwork and contribute to meeting goals.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Five days of work per week.
