Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; physical ability to lift, carry and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Create Winning Teams/Drive results: establish trust, promote collaboration, and foster an inclusive culture
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and improve store performance
• Supports the store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and training
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; ensure policy compliance
• Customer Focused: execute strategies for exceptional customer experiences and mentor clienteling
• Champions resources to support a healthy work environment
