Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution in Johor Bahru is seeking a warehouse operative to join our team. You will receive shipments, check quantities, unload goods, and neatly stock items on racks. You will also pick and pack online and dealer orders for courier or 3PL pickup.

You will maintain a clean, orderly warehouse and assist with stock counts, returns, and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Training is provided, with annual leave and medical/hospitalisation leave included.

Qualifications

• Responsible, punctual, and takes initiative.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with lifting and warehouse operational tasks.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations or eCommerce fulfillment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments — check quantities, unload goods, and arrange stocks neatly on racks.
• Pick and pack online orders and dealer orders for courier or 3PL collection.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and stock safety.
• Pick and pack stocks for fairs, roadshows, and events.
• Load and unload event stocks to and from trucks or vans.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Manage returned goods and update records accordingly.
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks when needed.
