Job summary

KK Supermart in Seremban is seeking a store supervisor to manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and operate shop equipment. You will ensure safety of assets and deliver courteous service to customers, while upholding the store's image.

The role requires leadership, 1–3 years in retail with supervisory experience preferred, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and holidays. Own transportation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience preferred, supervisory responsibilities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods for inventory and merchandise handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in store premises.
• Operate and handle all equipment and machines in the store per procedures.
• Ensure safety and care of store property and assets.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• Handle emergencies and report to relevant personnel.
• Uphold the good image and reputation of KK Supermart at all times.
